PMG executed a daily awareness program for nearly 2 years (!) to introduce the Bay Area Metropolitan Transit Commission’s new “Clipper Transit Card” to mass-transit users in the greater San Francisco Bay area during peak commuting hours.

Ongoing PMG awareness tactics included onsite sampling at Muni/BART/AC Transit/Caltrain/Golden Gate Transit and Ferry mass-transit locations, pop-up information centers in commuter/tourist heavy areas, transit ride-along Clipper information ambassadors, and multilingual communications.
