    1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE ONE’S CHANCES OF WINNING. The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Presents Circus XTREME #RinglingNYNJ Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents physically residing in the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who are of the age of majority in their state of residence as of date of entry. Void wherever prohibited by law. Contest begins 7:00 AM ET on February 24, 2015 and ends on February 24, 2015 at 7:00 PM ET (the “Term”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern (“ET”). The Contest is sponsored by Feld Entertainment, Inc., 2001 US Hwy 301, Palmetto, FL 34221 (“Sponsor”). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Inc., Instagram, LLC., or Twitter, Inc. The contest is administered by Promoguys Marketing Group (PMG), LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company with offices located at 151 Bodman Place, Suite 400, Red Bank, New Jersey, 07701 (“Administrator”).

    2. HOW TO ENTER: Post a “selfie” to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, posing in your best “Ringling Bros. Circus Star” pose using the hash tags #RinglingNYNJ and #Win and using the handle @RinglingBros. By entering via post on any of the foregoing social media, entrant consents to receiving a response from Administrator in the event that entrant is selected as a winner via the same social medium. Entries by any method other than set forth in this Paragraph are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting entry online is prohibited.
    LIMIT: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.
    SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: By submitting a photo into the Contest, you represent and warrant that you are the photographer and owner of the photo, and that the photo does not infringe any copyright or any other rights of any third party. Submissions containing any matter which in the sole discretion of the Sponsor and judges is in bad taste, which demonstrates a lack of respect for public morals or conduct, or which adversely affects the reputation of the Sponsor and/or Administrator will be deemed disqualified. Your photo cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion or contest of any kind, or previously exhibited or displayed publicly through any means. The photo must not contain material that:
    (i) violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights, or material that constitutes copyright or license infringement;
    (ii) is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous;
    (iii) promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual, or that promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; or
    (iv) violates any applicable law.
    By submitting a photo into the Contest, you grant to Sponsor an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive worldwide license in perpetuity to use, copy for use, distribute, display publicly, perform publicly, create derivative works, and license others to do the same in connection with the promotion of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Presents Circus XTREME and to use said photo for any other purpose in the discretion of Sponsor. This license includes the right to post the photo on Sponsor’s websites.

    3. JUDGING CRITERIA: At the end of the Term, all photos will be submitted to a panel of two (2) judges. The judges will select two (2) photos based on the following criteria: (1) Creativity and originality and (2) demonstration of fan enthusiasm.

    4. GRAND PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize winner will receive four tickets (4) tickets to Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Presents Circus XTREME at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY on February 27, 2015, plus $50 in show merchandise. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is $200.00. Winner is solely responsible for any and all taxes on prize, as well as any and all expenses related to the prize not specified herein. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Prizes will be awarded within approximately ten (10) business days after selection of winners. Prizes are not transferable, except to a surviving spouse residing in the same household. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised
    prize becomes unavailable. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash.

    5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY:
    Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event this Contest is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Contest and in such event, to select a winner by random drawing from among all valid entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Potential winner will be notified by post on or about February 25, 2015 in the social medium in which the entry originally appeared and will be required to complete, sign and return, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release. If potential winner does not reply to such notification within three (3) days of the date of posting, or the Affidavit and Release is not executed and returned to Sponsor within 10 days of receipt, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a random drawing. Winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant to Sponsor of an unconditional right to use winner’s name, address (city and state only), voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the exclusive right to interpret all conditions relating to this promotion, and Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that either finds to be i) acting in violation of these Rules; ii) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; iii) acting with the intent to threaten, annoy, abuse or harass any person or to disparage any goods or services of Sponsor or to erode the goodwill of Sponsor; or iv) exhibiting conduct that Sponsor finds inappropriate, immoral or otherwise objectionable.

    6. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Sponsor, Administrator and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, distributors, retailers, advertisers, advertising and promotion agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest and their respective employees and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible. All federal, state, local, provincial and municipal laws and regulations apply. Limit of one prize per person/family/household.

    7. RELEASE: By entering, entrants release Sponsor, Adminstrator and all prize suppliers, and the parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates of each of them and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, illnesses, litigation or damages of any kind caused by any prize, resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or occurring while traveling to or from or participating in any prize-related activity. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.

    8. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from the winners is subject to the Sponsor’s Online Privacy Policy at http://www.feldentertainment.com/PrivacyPolicy/. The terms of this privacy policy is incorporated herein by reference. By participating in the Contest, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s and Administrator’s usage of their personal information submitted in response to the notification of their selection as winners in accordance with said Privacy Policy and acknowledge that they have read and accepted said Privacy Policy.
